Is booking through Salons free?
Yes. Browsing salons and booking appointments never costs anything — you only pay the salon directly for the service.
How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Open the appointment from the Appointments tab in the app and choose Cancel or Reschedule. Some salons set a minimum notice period, shown on the booking screen.
Can I book without creating an account?
You’ll need a free Salons account to book or join a waiting list, so the salon can confirm your appointment and send reminders.
Can I list my salon or barbershop on Salons?
Yes — download the Salons for Business app for salon owners to set up your profile, services, and hours in a few minutes.
